CANCELLATION POLICY

Late Notice Cancellations: Please note that any cancellations made within 12 hours of your scheduled training session will result in a charge to your debit/credit card, or a hold on your membership.

___ For every late cancellation violation, a $20 late fee will be charged to the card on file.

___ Notification of late cancellation violation charge may not be provided.

Membership Cancellations: To successfully cancel your membership subscription with FAST, you must send an email to fastworldclass@gmail.com 30 days prior to the next billing cycle.

___ The fee to cancel a membership is the cost of one month membership.

___ If membership cancellation notice is given within 30 days of the next billing cycle, you will be billed your regular subscription, plus the cancelation fee.

How do I reschedule or cancel a class?

If you have an account, login and you can manage all of your registered classes there. If you do not have an account look for the confirmation email you received after registering for the class. Inside that email you will see a button with “Change/Cancel Class”.
