level 1

Athletic Performance for Elementary Athletes (Ages 7-11)

Mondays and Wednesdays at 4:15 PM

A fun and interactive after-school program for kids interested in learning how to move with confidence and train like an athlete using our FAST method.

This educational class focuses on body awareness, movement fundamentals, and the foundations of athletic development. Through obstacle courses, team activities, and structured routines, kids will build:

  • Confidence and coordination

  • Flexibility, mobility, and strength

  • Speed, agility, and overall physical health

Students will be challenged both mentally and physically while learning proper exercise habits and the value of teamwork in a supportive environment.


Level 2

Athletic Performance for Middle school, High school (Age 12+)

Build the foundation for elite performance.
Level 2 is designed for middle school athletes who are ready to advance their athletic skills and physical development. This class focuses on mastering movement mechanics, improving coordination, and introducing strength, speed, and agility in a safe, progressive format. We emphasize proper technique, confidence-building, and athletic fundamentals that prepare athletes for higher levels of competition.

Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays at 5:15 PM
Saturdays at 10:30 AM

Athletic Performance for High School + Collegiate Athletes (Age 16+)

Train like a pro. Perform at your peak.
Level 3 is for high school and collegiate athletes who are serious about taking their performance to the next level. This class includes advanced programming tailored to each athlete’s sport, position, and goals. With an emphasis on explosive power, strength, speed, injury prevention, and recovery strategies, Level 3 delivers the intensity and attention to detail required for elite athletic performance.

StrongHER

Strength & Conditioning for High School + Collegiate Girls

STRONGHER is a girls-only strength and conditioning class designed to build real muscle, boost performance, and prevent injury in a supportive, no-pressure environment.

Led by expert coaches, this program teaches proper lifting form, speed and agility, and body awareness—without the distraction or intimidation of training alongside high school boys.

Perfect for athletes and active girls who want to train smarter, feel confident in the gym, and level up their physical and mental strength.

Tuesdays & Thursdays at 2:30 PM
